EVERY returned Quality of Service Survey is reviewed by EVERY ClearPro employee involved with our residential window cleaning business. Our goal is to earn "WOW" ratings on every single performance criteria on every single job. Any individual grade falling below "Excellent" is carefully reviewed by Doug and Nancy so that corrective action can be initiated when appropriate.
